Refund Policy

Here at Stickmore Hair Co, we live for making grooming products that work extremely well with simple, but at the same time, complex recipes. We live in a day and age where most companies add volatile chemicals to everything. We think you deserve more than that. We are proud of what we do, and believe that it shows in all of our products.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. You may return any item sold by Stickmore Hair Co. for a full credit or refund within 30 days of purchase if you received the wrong or defective item.

Replacement product will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be made, until the products being returned are received by us. If you need new product right away we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (unless said item was not what you ordered or defective). Item(s) must be in new, condition with original packaging. We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. In all other cases, a return postage fee will apply.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds if you simply do not like the product you received. We will however offer a discount on new products as  customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
